Customer Success Manager – Arlington, VA

Responsibilites

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with cutting-edge technology in an exciting fast-paced startup environment. You will help drive GoTab initiatives and support proactive communication with the Operations, Sales, and Product teams. You will be responsible for the successful design, launch, testing, training, and management of the GoTab product at our partner restaurants and venues.

  • Serve as the primary contact for GoTab restaurants and venues
  • Establish, grow, and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Act as an advocate for GoTab in each relationship to drive adoption, retention, and participation in new features and products
  • Coordinate each phase of a successful and timely rollout of a product launch
  • Work with the marketing team to help design and execute restaurant-specific marketing materials
  • Function as a product expert and technical communications resource for partners
  • Support the GoTab technical team, customers, and end-users as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts as relates to product usability and performance based on consumer feedback

Required:

  • Problem solver and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Must be willing and able to travel to different restaurants, bars, and other venues in the Washington, D.C. area
  • Desire and aptitude to learn deep technical aspects of the GoTab product

Entry-Level Developer – Arlington, VA

GoTab is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven developer who can traverse the full web stack with ease. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of working with RESTful APIs, Javascript, Node.js, Python, HTML5, CSS3 and other modern web technologies. If you think you fit the bill, then let’s talk. Responsibilities
As a Developer at GoTab, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with a product owner and other developers (local and remote) to define the product direction informed by the state of the art in mobile web technology. You will have significant freedom in exercising design judgment to build user interfaces and the underlying server-side code that powers the experience. We work in tightly-scoped weekly sprints using JIRA, and we fully rely on continuous integration and sophisticated DevOps processes to deploy code with maximum efficiency. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment to be successful.

Skills & Requirements
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • A strong desire to experiment, learn and grow
  • Excellent communications and remote collaboration skills
  • Asynchronous Javascript on Node.js with ES6 and ES7 constructs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
  • HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap


Preferred:

  • Experience with Marko templating
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience with deploying applications to Heroku and/or AWS
  • Familiarity with any CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with any flavor of Linux

GoTab is looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial, tech savvy and fun spirits to join our team as a Sales Representative. GoTab is creating the next generation dining experiences with app-less mobile ordering, payments, and social recommendations for the hospitality  industry. As a Sales Representative, you will work with cutting-edge software in an exciting, fast-paced startup environment. You will help introduce operators to GoTab, proactively prospecting and bringing in your own sales leads and working them through the full sales cycle, as well as maintaining your relationships with operators to grow their accounts. You will be responsible for the successful design, launch, testing, training, and management of the GoTab product at our partner restaurants or venues and closely coordinate with our Operations, Sales and Product teams as needed. You will drive our growth by developing partnership with restaurants and in your assigned territory.

Looking for Sales Representatives in LA, Seattle, San Francisco and across the U.S. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, grow, and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop your own pipeline & deliver GoTab product demonstrations
  • Manage a fast-paced, full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Coordinate each phase of a successful and timely rollout 
  • Work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision (remote role) 
  • Demonstrate the GoTab software and clearly articulate the value of the technology to prospects
  • Hit all sales goals set by executive team 

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required in business/related fields or 5 yrs equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience working in direct sales, hospitality or software preferred 
  • Demonstrable record of sales success (i.e. meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets)
  • Desire and aptitude to learn deep technical aspects of the GoTab product and restaurant technology
  • Excellent communications and remote collaboration experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Curious and comfortable working in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be willing and able to travel to different restaurants, bars, and other venues for face to face meetings, as needed 
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business and sustainably growing existing business
